Policies/Returns

Our full fashion collection has been hand crafted in the USA using all-natural fibers. As a result of this meticulous method, slight variations in the texture and color of the fabric may occur, which is an integral part of the creation process. This does not affect the overall quality of the garment. We take great pride in the high level of care that goes into creating each piece and believe that the uniqueness contributes to its distinctive character.

Payment/Orders

Shipping
  • Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rush orders are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays. To ensure timely delivery, please plan accordingly.

  • A tracking number will be emailed upon request once your order is shipped.

Measurements/Alterations 
  • Please understand that every garment is made to order. There is a small allowance/tolerance in measurements by up to or less then 1 inch.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect custom measurements. Visit our Size/Fit page for further information. 

  • Alterations may still be necessary on special orders. 

  • We will not alter any garment that we have not manufactured.

  • We will not alter any garment that is is not properly pinned.

  • For alteration inquiries and pricing, please contact us directly.

Custom Orders 

  • A custom order refers to any garment that has been altered or modified in any way outside of the original design. This is including but not limited to changes such as adding or subtracting length, changing stones or appliques, adding or removing sleeves, modifying necklines etc. 

  • Additional charges may apply for design modifications.

Please note:

  1. We are NOT a custom dressmaker and do not replicate designs from other manufacturers.

  2. We can modify only Elana original designs to our discretion.

Return Policy 
  • Returns are not accepted for special orders. 

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All returns will be applied as credit toward your next purchase.

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of package delivery.

For return claims:

  1. To file a claim, please send a clear picture of the item showing the issue or damage along with your order details to elana@elanacollection.com. 

  2. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided after reviewing your claim. 

  3. Packages without an RA# may be rejected and returned to the sender.

 

Additional Return Policy Requirements 

  • Garments must be free of odors and stains.

  • Original brand, size, and content labels must remain intact.

  • Items missing required labels may be rejected and returned to sender.
