Trunk Show Qualifications and Directions 

Trunk Show Qualifications

  • 3-piece minimum stock order placed after trunk show.

  • All participants must be in good credit standings at the time of the trunk show request.

  • An active credit card must be left on file before merchandise is shipped. (Does not affect order terms) 

 

Shipping

  • Fee of $150.00 to cover shipping cost must be paid by credit card upon shipping merchandise.

  • A prepaid return label will be included with your merchandise.

  • You will receive your trunk show samples prior to the weekend of your scheduled show.

  • All trunk show samples may be held and shown for no more than two consecutive weekends.

  • All samples MUST be shipped back to the Elana Showroom no later than the following Tuesday after the second weekend of your show.     

 

Receiving

  • All merchandise is shipped from the Elana Showroom. Upon arrival, you must immediately check all items and report any missing or damaged merchandise to avoid penalty fees.

 

Handling

  • All items MUST be individually bagged, on the Elana custom hangers, and must have the original hangtag attached. NO EXCEPTIONS! Accounts that do not ship the items back as specified, will incur a penalty fee.

  • All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received to avoid any chargers.

  • If any damages occurred during your trunk show, please let us know immediately.

 

Orders

  • Orders taken during your trunk show (stock or specials) can not be placed over the phone.

  • Please email your representative or Elana at sales@elanacollection.com

  • You may also use or wholesale order form at elanacollection.com/wholesaleorder

  • We allow samples to be sold at the trunk show, excluding Elana custom hangers.
